Raffle: terms and conditions

This raffle is organised and administered by Kinsale Arts Week. Registered number: 399291; Registered Charity Number: CHY 17165.

Kinsale Arts Week was issued a permit by the Gardaí on 12 May 2011. To be eligible to enter the raffle, entrants must:

• Be over 18 years of age by the 1st of January 2011
• Not be a member of Kinsale Arts Week staff
• Have purchased at least one ticket at €3/€5 each
• Be in the Republic of Ireland at the time of purchase

The prize consists of the following:

• 1st Prize: Sea Dreams: A 10-12 night Mediterranean Cruise for two with Royal Caribbean Cruises or Celebrity Cruises.
• 2nd Prize: Dream Date: Hosted by de Vere’s Auction House. 1 night B&B for two in the 5 star Merrion Hotel, Dublin. Plus dinner/lunch in the Michelin Starred restaurant Patrick Guilbaud (to the value of E200), and a private tour of the Merrion Hotel’s magnificent art collection with John deVere White, Managing Director of de Veres.

Closing date for returning tickets to Kinsale Arts Week Box Office and entering the draw is 17 July 2011. Any tickets received after this date will be disqualified.

The winner will be drawn by an independent person on 17 July 2011. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified within 15 working days of the closing date either by mail or telephone. The winner’s name will be announced on the Kinsale Arts Week. Full address details will not be disclosed.

The winner will be contacted by telephone or email. In the event that we cannot contact the winner within 28 days after the draw, the prize will be awarded to a new winner.

If the writing is illegible on the ticket and no contact details are given, a new winner will be selected on the day of the draw.

The prizes are non-transferable and only consist of what is listed above.

By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.
